Each year we organise surgical missions to developing countries in order to operate on children and adults with cleft lip and palate.  All operations are performed free of charge. Our doctors donate their time free of charge, the cleft surgery organisation pays for the cost of the hospital and materials so for the patients the operation is free of any charge.

In 2019 we organise missions to Myanmar (October) and Peru (May), each 2 weeks. At least 4 surgeons join the mission on each trip.
